What is a personal concierge?
A personal concierge is someone who can manage your ‘to do’ list so that you have more time to spend on the important things. From errand running and grocery shopping, to planning a holiday or waiting for trades people, a personal concierge is someone you can call or email to have all those tasks completed by someone personally, professionally and confidentially. Just picture us as your very own 5 star personal concierge…and even more!
Who uses a personal concierge?
Anyone who needs more time! These services are available for individuals or businesses who need the support to manage their busy lifestyles, vacation planning, events and work days. Our clients will range from executive couples and business owners to single parents and busy families. We have clients who use us multiple times a week, and clients who only use us at busy times like around Christmas and Easter or vacations!
How does it work?
We are happy to meet with you or do a phone consultation initially to establish exactly how you might use our services. You are then able to call or email us with your bookings at any time. You will be assigned your own personal concierge, who will be your single point of contact, whenever you need us. There is no membership required, and you may use us as much or as little as you like. Our service is designed to be flexible to your needs. Many of our packages can be purchase online.
How do we rent equipment like kayaks, bikes and paddle boards?
We set that for you! We are partnered with local rental companies to provide the best deals and equipment. We will email you a customer contact form to see what you are interested in and get all necessary information. We will then provide you with prices and everything needed to get you started. You can also contact us to discuss your ideas. Make sure you plan ahead
What if we need service at the last minute?
At Intracoastal Concierge we love the last minute calls, knowing that we are helping you when you really need it. It is rare that we are unable to take on a task. However, if we simply cannot do it we will do our best to find someone who can or try to work out another arrangement with you. Never hesitate to call as we pride ourselves on doing our utmost to help you. (additional charges may be applicable given less than 24 hour notice)
What areas do you service?
We service Kure, Carolina Beach (Pleasure Island), Wrightsville, Figure 8 Island beaches and the local Wilmington areas. If you are outside these areas please contact us and we will make sure you are accommodated.
How much does it cost?
There are a variety of pricing options and payment methods. It will vary depending on if you require off hour services or an immediate response, and if you purchase hours on an as needs basis or in bulk. Grocery and beverage shopping also have their own cost. How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. You also can pay by check or money order. If we are purchasing products or services for you, eg. grocery shopping, alcoholic beverages, flower arrangements, or gifts, we usually request that we are paid upfront. We offer the convenience of purchasing your services online on our e-commerce page along with many products to choose from for your enjoyment.
