What are your service areas?

We are proud to offer service to Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Figure Eight Island.

What Should I expect when I arrive?

No worries! Let the fun begin! Intracoastal Concierge will have your requested items delivered upon your arrival, neatly arrange and stocked prior to you arrival, unless otherwise requested, barring complications with entry to your unit, prior tenant departures or cleaning schedule conflicts. If you are arriving on a holiday, your order may be delivered later but you will be notified of estimated time.

How much time do I have to place my order before requested delivery date?

Visit our website at least 3 days before ahead of your arrival date. However, ICC understands last minute travel plans and we will always make every effort to accommodate. During peak season (mid-June – Labor Day) Same day service rates may apply.

Can I order organic items?

Absolutely, just make sure you indicate clearly the items organic and we will do our best to find that for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24-hour cancellation is required or you may incur a $15.00 fee. If groceries were bought you will be charged for the items purchased.

What if we have allergies or special requests?

Please indicate on the order form any special allergies or requests and ICC will make sure they accommodate you.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
